Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or book design services.
Operating Hours: The studio operates Monday through Thursday, and Friday until sundown.
Observance Dates: We are closed Friday sundown through Saturday sundown in observance of the Sabbath. The studio is also closed during annual Holy Days (including Passover, Unleavened Bread, Pentecost, Trumpets, Atonement, and Tabernacles). No communication or design rendering will take place during these times.

Allergy Warning: YC Essentials products are handcrafted with naturally derived ingredients, including oils and butters from natural nuts, seeds, herbs, and fruits. We strictly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

The Creative Process: Clients are solely responsible for providing accurate, complete details during the initial Creative Briefing. Designs are developed iteratively based on your feedback.
Revision Stages: Standard service includes 2 to 5 rounds of revisions, depending on the project scope, to ensure the project moves forward seamlessly.
Technical Variations: Please note that digital screens and software may slightly distort colors, shapes, and textures. Yanni Creates cannot guarantee an exact color match across different electronic displays or printing devices.
Project Abandonment: If a client fails to communicate or respond for more than two (2) consecutive business days, the project will be subject to pause or cancellation at the discretion of Yanni Creates.

Payment Policy: All design services, custom artwork, and product orders must be paid in full or secured with a required deposit in advance before work begins.
Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial deposit (50% of the total project fee) is strictly non-refundable and covers the research, strategy, and initial drafting phase.
Project Cancellation: If you choose to terminate a project after concepts are delivered, no further payments are required, but the initial deposit is forfeited to cover studio production time. All concepts presented remain the exclusive property of Yanni Creates.
Final Sales: Refunds will not be issued once you have confirmed or approved a design stage, if you fail to communicate for more than two business days, or once final assets are delivered.

Copyright Retainment: All custom logos, artwork, concepts, and layouts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Yanni Creates until the final design is approved and all fees are paid in full. Unused concepts or alternative drafts always remain the property of Yanni Creates.
Client Usage: Upon final payment, the client is granted unlimited, perpetual, royalty-free rights to use the approved design for their personal or business marketing. Yanni Creates retains the right to display the completed work in our professional portfolio.
File Archiving: Approved project files are archived for one (1) year from the date of completion. Re-supplying lost files after this period may incur an administrative fee.
